Client

WinningWise is a leadership and career development company focused on helping people and organizations perform better. They offer a variety of coaching and consulting solutions to help people identify and achieve their growth goals.

Challenge

In a crowded market, WinningWise wanted to better communicate their unique value proposition. They believe that an organization’s potential lies in its people, and unlocking this potential means investing in their growth. They understood their target audience’s needs, but wanted to update their website and offer more content to help differentiate their offer.

Aha! Moment

We conducted a “deep dive” workshop with WinningWise leadership to help focus and articulate their brand values, story, and optimal client base. We realized that for them, relating and understanding their clients and creating an environment that supports personal and professional growth was key. Their website, content, and brand story needed to reflect this approachability.

Solution

We first identified their value proposition, and then developed their brand story. We then overhauled their style guide, creating a bolder, colorful but still professional look and feel. We also began to develop content to help reach their audience and demonstrate their expertise. We collaborated with the WinningWise team on a series of blog posts and produced a series of “In It to Win It” videos that emphasize key tools and thinking to support career growth. Finally, we completely redesigned the WinningWise website to showcase their expertise and make it easy for clients to explore and reach out.
