The Chicago Jobs Council (CJC) wanted to tap the storytelling abilities of staff as a way to create a story-driven experience for its annual meeting. We designed a customized training about the art and science of storytelling, and followed up with staff to identify key stories that reflected the spirit and advocacy of the Council. We then worked with staff to write and record narration and capture stakeholder stories through video. All of this content was shared throughout the event as a way to inspire dialogue, fundraise and help set CJC’s vision for the future.
