Hogsalt is one of Chicago’s most celebrated restaurant groups. Despite facing huge hurdles due to COVID-19, they wanted to ensure their workers could get some support over the holidays. They approached Ensemble with a story of one of their own employees, Carolina. We created this fundraising video about Carolina to support their fundraising efforts, which generated over $55,000.00 in two weeks. The funds were used to distribute food and gifts to Hogsalt current and former employees.
